First I want to thank you for helping me with my recent purchase of two LiftMaster garage door opener units.

Second, I also want to send you this feedback on the recent installation by Access Door of these two new garage door openers that were needed to replace the older units installed during our home’s initial construction approximately ten years ago.

Your service technicians did a very professional job with the entire replacement activity.  To start with, they were on time for the scheduled appointment, and even called me 15 minutes prior to arrival.  They came prepared with everything they needed, quickly removed the old operators and hardware, and installed the replacements without delay.

After completion of the installation, they took the time to show my wife and me the differences in the new electronic openers and wall units from the old ones and removed all of the replaced equipment.  You are to be commended for hiring these two dependable and skilled staff members to handle your service needs. 

Please express my appreciation to them for job well done and thanks again for your assistance.

I wanted to take a minute to thank you for the fine job that your installers did on my new garage doors. I was amazed at the speed in which they managed to get the doors installed. They arived at 8:00AM and were finished by 11:30 AM. The job entailed removing my old doors and hangers and installing all new hardware plus reconnecting and adjusting my electric garage door openers. When they left they hauled off all the old doors and completely cleaned up. I am extreley happy with the look and operation of the new doors and am now kicking myself that I didn't do this sooner!!!!   Comments : 15 yr old garage door springs finally gave out, and I had no idea who to call.  Did a search on my iPhone and Access Garage Door popped up.  Turns out they were close-by, offered Same Day Service (or it's free) so I gave them a call and from the very beginning I was impressed with their knowledge of what was wrong and what repairs I'd need, and they were ready to schedule me that afternoon!!  4pm rolled around and their repairman showed up, replaced my broken lift springs quickly and efficiently and for nothing more than a reasonable service fee and the cost of the parts. It doesn't get any better than that - and to have it done right the first time, priceless.  Less than a week later, my 15 yr old garage door opener decided to implode so this time I knew just who to call.  I spoke with Jesse and he gave me the option of installing a repair kit or replacing the unit.  You mean I actually get a choice?  Priceless again.  I chose a new Linear unit and he promptly scheduled me and just as before, their expert installer showed up on time (they always call in advance), installed our new opener, programmed the hand-held remote and installed and programmed the exterior control unit.  Wow...no problems, no issues, an expert installer and repairman, fast service, the right parts and perfect customer service?  No way...priceless again.  So I wake up this morning and my interior keypad works great but the exterior unit and my hand-held don't.  Ok, maybe the code got hosed up, so I follow the instruction to clear all codes in the opener's memory, and then re-program the remotes.  No joy, doesn't want to work.  I gave Jesse a call and he knew exactly what the problem was.  Turns out one of my kids pushed the \"Lock-Out\" button on the multi-function keypad installed in the garage, and locked out all openers.  This is a great option to have.  Flip the switch and it locks out all remotes so the door cannot be opened unless the garage keypad is used.  One flip of this switch and everything is perfect again.  The installer even took the time to tweak and adjust a few things on the door and although the springs and opener are brand-new, the door is 15 yrs old but the entire system is like brand-new again.  No more rattles and noisy operation.  Smooth as greased velvet and at a VERY REASONABLE price.  You can't beat Access Garage Doors, so the next time you need a new garage door, springs, electronic eyes, a new opener - or just service, give Jesse a call and you'll be pleasantly surprised.  Their customer service was phenomenal.  Priceless.
