Jesse Cox is a lifelong Chattanoogan and the founder and CEO of Access Garage Door & More. Raised in Red Bank and Hixson, Jesse developed a passion for hard work at an early age, balancing multiple jobs while still in high school before launching Access in 2005 with just $5 in his pocket, countless late nights on job sites, and a determination to build a company Chattanooga could be proud of.

More than two decades later, Jesse still owns and operates the original Chattanooga location, which serves as the national headquarters for the Access brand. Since launching franchising in 2019, Access has grown to nearly 30 individually owned locations across the United States, all modeled after the original hometown business.
Despite the growth, Jesse still says, "I own this lil' ol' garage door company called Access." He believes staying humble and serving people with honesty, integrity, and quality workmanship are the reasons Access has earned the trust of generations of Chattanooga families.

Chris Evans serves as the Director of Operations for Access Garage Doors & More, where he oversees daily operations, franchise support, process development, and operational strategy across the organization. With a strong focus on efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement, Chris works closely with franchise owners, corporate staff, and vendor partners to help drive growth while maintaining the high standards of the Access brand. He is passionate about building scalable systems, improving the customer experience, and providing franchisees with the tools and support they need to succeed. Through a practical, hands-on leadership style, Chris is committed to strengthening operations, fostering collaboration, and helping position Access Garage Doors & More as a leader in the garage door industry.

David Neal serves as the Executive Officer of Access Garage Door & More and has been a dedicated member of the company for over 19 years. Throughout his tenure, he has played an integral role in the company's growth by overseeing financial strategy, accounting, human resources, technology initiatives, and operational systems. As part of the corporate leadership team, David is committed to developing scalable processes, driving financial performance, and supporting the continued success of both the corporate operations and the franchise network.

Allan Gadbaw serves as the Executive Director of Marketing for the Access Garage Door & More franchise system. He began his career in the home services industry more than a decade ago before transitioning into sales. After joining Access, he quickly advanced through the organization by combining industry expertise with a results-driven approach. Drawing on his firsthand experience in the field and his background in sales and marketing, Allan was selected to join the corporate leadership team to lead the company's marketing initiatives. Today, he oversees the national marketing strategy, brand development, franchise recruitment marketing, digital advertising, and franchisee marketing support, helping drive growth while ensuring every location has the tools and resources needed to succeed.
