I had Blake and Anthony come out to replace the broken and worn-out weather stripping on my garage door. The price was good, the work was excellent. The quality of the product was top notch. They were courteous and they even helped me to reprogram my remote keypad. Great guys, excellent service. I'll use them again. And I highly recommend them.

I absolutely loved working with this company! Oct 6, 2026

I recently was able to organize my garage after moving, so I was able to park my car inside. Unfortunately, after a few weeks of consistent use, the spring to the door broke. I got their information through a friend who asked them to give me a call. The office was very prompt in calling me first thing in the morning, and was quickly able to get me on the books to fix it. The team that came to the house had excellent communication, was very prompt to arrive at my appointment time, and quickly got the springs replaced. I absolutely loved working with this company! I have new springs, a fully functional door, and felt it was a really good price. I will most definitely be recommending them, and using them for my future garage door needs when that time comes. I highly recommend this team and company!

They work perfectly, and sooo quiet! Jul 27, 2026

I have a one-car and two-car garage door. The two-car garage door bracket that's attached to the door, and to the arm of the overhead rail, snapped off when trying to open the door. I talked to Blake at Access Garage Doors about reattaching the bracket, and a quote for two new motors because of their age and the noise they were making. Blake and Anthony came out and installed a new bracket above the old bracket location, which was damaged. It works great and saved having to buy a new door panel or new door! They gave me info and prices on two motors they recommended and I got one of each. We also talked about the springs on both doors due to their age. I've had a spring on a garage door explode some years ago and didn't want it repeated by waiting to replace them in a year or two, if that long. They gave me a price on those and I decided to get them replaced too. Blake and Anthony installed the new motors and springs on both doors today and they work perfectly, and sooo quiet! I love the new features on the motors, with cameras, and I can check and control the garage doors with an app on my phone! Thank you Blake and Anthony!

Really good experience, highly recommend! Jul 8, 2026

I had Blake and Anthony from Access Garage Doors of Treasure Valley come out to our house in Nampa, Idaho to service and do a tune-up on our garage door. It hadn't been serviced in a while and was making all kinds of noises, but they were able to get it running really smoothly again. They worked on a couple of different things on the door itself, but they also went the extra mile and nailed in a warped wood trim piece on the side of the garage that was sticking out. I didn't even ask them to do that, so it was really nice of them to take care of it on their own. I'm very happy with the service. They communicated great with their timing, worked quickly, but didn't make me feel like they were rushing out the door. They also gave me some good information to keep in mind for future garage door maintenance. Overall, it was a really good experience and I'd highly recommend them.

Landus did an excellent job! Jun 20, 2026

I was in a bind last Friday evening because my garage door was getting close to breaking. The garage door company that accepted an appointment with me for the following Monday claimed that there wasn't an appointment and said that they weren't taking on new jobs! I called Access Garage Doors in a panic at around 5:30 p.m. on Friday evening and Landus arrived shortly after. He diagnosed a problem with the spring and temporarily fixed it until Monday morning when he could pick up a new spring that could easily handle the weight of my garage door. The prior technician and company installed the wrong size spring, putting a strain on the motor. Landus did an excellent job fixing the problem, installing a beefier spring, and explaining the whole process. I highly recommend Access Garage Doors for your next repair! Thank you, Landus, for making the repair less stressful!

Local and Honest Team! Mar 20, 2026

I had Access check out our doors and had an awesome experience with the two guys that came out. Blake and Anthony came out to evaluate everything and gave us the seal of approval! Our door is 29 years old, so I was expecting some sort of repair cost, but that wasn't the case! They tweaked some things, explained what they did, and collected a very reasonable charge for their time. If you're looking for a local and honest team, call Access!
